  • Am I able to change my order once it has been placed?
    We are unable to amend orders after the order being placed.
  • Am I able to cancel my order?
    Unfortunately, it is not possible to cancel your order once it has been placed. Please await delivery and then return your item(s) to us in their original packaging for a full refund.
  • There is an item missing from my order?
    Please contact hello@silverjadejewellery.com for more information. Please note some items may be posted separately. You will be contacted beforehand if that is the case.
  • I have received the wrong order?
    Please email hello@silverjadejewellery.com to inform us of the error, then return your incorrect item back to us in its original packaging using the return information on our returns and refunds page.
  • ​The item I want to purchase is out of stock, what can I do?
    If the item you'd like to purchase is out of stock, please contact us at hello@silverjadejewellery.com so as we can advise as to when the item is due to be back online. If the item is available for Pre-Order, you will be able to purchase the item as normal, and it will be delivered to you on the date shown on the product page. This is usually within 4-8 weeks.
  • Can I Have My Order Gift Wrapped?
    For gifting, select gift packaging, jewellery will arrive with the Silver Jade gift bag and gift tag. An extra charge of £2.50 will be applicable. If you would like to include a gift message in your parcel please fill out the GIFT MESSAGE section during the checkout process.
  • How can I measure ring size or necklace size?

  • Do you have a warranty?
    Under our warranty, we've have got your back. Under our 3 years warranty, replating is free from the date of purchase. We’ll take care of your product if any damage to the material or the workmanship of the jewelry occurs. Just contact us and we'll work together to find a resolution. This also means that the warranty does not cover lost items, scratches that come with normal wear and tear (like a bent ring or broken chain), improper use or storage of your product, and any modification to your product done by a third party outside of Silver Jade Jewellery.
  • Is Silver Jade jewellery hallmarked?
    Every piece of our jewellery is tested and all products which at, or above the minimum legal threshold of 7.78g, are hallmarked by an independent third-party Assay Office which guarantees that the precious metal is of the fineness stated. So, you don't have to take our word for it.
